Great location! Close to restaurants and attractions. Also, the room had a flat-screen TV and air conditioning which was a plus. We enjoyed the breakfast choices, especially being able to choose how our eggs were made.
Our experience at this hotel was not great. The room was dirty and smelled unpleasant. The noise was unbearable, and the windows did not do much to block it out. The staff was unhelpful and did not seem interested in addressing our concerns. we would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We loved the hotel's perfect location, just a block away from the Pablo Neruda Museum and near to many restaurants, nightclubs, and theaters. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent and aesthetically pleasing. Our room was clean and had a flat TV, air conditioning, and two bottles of water, which were very much appreciated. The staff was very welcoming and had all the information about our reservation at hand. We also appreciated the option to choose our eggs for breakfast.
Nothing could have been better.

The hotel is located in a buzzing neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and nightclubs around. the rooms are aesthetically pleasing and equipped with modern amenities. the staff is quite nice and welcoming, offering a quick check-in process, chocolate treats, and bottled water.
The noise levels from outside can be too loud, making it difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in Santiago and had a great time! the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and nightlife nearby. the room was well, maintained and had a flat, screen TV and air conditioning. the staff was friendly and accommodating, with a personal touch of leaving chocolates and water in the room upon arrival. the breakfast selection included made, to, order eggs which was an added bonus.
The noise from a nearby establishment playing loud music until late at night. This may be a problem for light sleepers.
